Hello, my name is Joey Speakes.

I’ve been a personal trainer since 2001 and an athlete as long as I can remember.

Growing up I trained for specific sports like baseball and football. As I got older I trained for the love of being healthy, fit and in great shape.

I’m a coach and a motivator and love to see people reach their goals and get results they never thought they could achieve.

I’ve worked with many types of clients from weight loss clients, young kids, high school athletes, a stroke victim, people with herniated disks, and up to an 85 years old man!

With my own training experiences, and having trained people with different body types, shapes, sizes, and personal situations, chances are I’ve seen someone with a scenario similar to yours and I’m sure I can help you get the results you’re looking for!

As a 17 years old high school senior, I was drafted in the 4th round by the SF Giants in baseball.

I was lucky enough to play pro ball for a few years and learned a lot about life during that time.

After baseball ended for me I went back to college and played football.

My first year back, I became an all conference performer but unfortunately tore my ACL, MCL & Meniscus the last game of that season.

At the end of the day, the injury that ended my playing career also started me on a path to spreading my knowledge of sports and personal training to others.

I had no idea this was the path I’d be on, but it is very clear to me that this is exactly where I’m supposed to be.

I’ve gotten so much satisfaction training, coaching and being a part of other people’s lives.

I’ve had the chance to watch people get healthier, lose weight, gain muscle, gain confidence, get healthier and have an overall better outlook on life.

I really wouldn’t have it any other way.
